
Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity was founded in 1993. Its members are active in several civic programs, such as Adopt-a-Highway, March of Dimes, FFA/Agriculture and Wildlife/Forestry Association, and Collegiate and ProRodeo. Its fraternal activities include the Brotherhood program, the Pink Rose Formal, the Winter Formal, the trough party, and the Texas/O.U. football mix. Other activities include the Christmas Carol, the Homecoming - Float and Alumni/Family Tailgate, the Family/Faculty/Alumni BBQ, and the Spring Awards Banquet.

AGR has several famous alumni: Earl Butz, Former Secretary of Agriculture; J.C. Penney, Founder of JC Penney Stores; Lee Morgan, CEO of Caterpillar Corporation; Russ Mawby, CEO of W.K. Kellogg Foundation; and Orville Redenbacher, popcorn magnate.
