Ms. Crystal S. Smith- Graduate Assistant, Coach of SFASU Collegiate Poultry Judging Team

Ms. Smith is responsible for the coaching the SFASU Collegiate Poultry Judging Team. She also serves as the superintendent of the FFA CDE Poultry Judging event.  

While attending Texas A&M University, she competed on three collegiate poultry judging teams, one placing second at nationals and the other winning the national championship. She has also assisted judging poultry shows such as Pineywoods Fair, Pasadena County Fair, and Midlothian County Fair. 

Ms. Smith has been attending SFASU and employed as a graduate assistant since June 2004. Her expected graduation is May 2006.
