The team supports the animal science program, the invitational livestock judging contest held on the campus each spring, and the collegiate livestock judging team. Each fall, the team hosts the invitational steer and heifer show for local 4-H and FFA members and gives away prizes and money to class winners. In the spring, the team provides local 4-H and FFA members with various showmanship, fitting, and judging clinics to aid the members in the skills.         The show team exhibits Angus cattle at the major livestock shows, but is open to any livestock species that members are interest in showing. The cattle exhibited are donated from various sponsors throughout the state.         The show team also provides services to local 4-H and FFA members by helping them halter break their cattle and fit the animals for show.           If you are interested in the SFA show team, please contact the club advisor, Dr. Erin Brown.
